Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorant, odors or pet hair, with original tags attached.

Final-sale items

  • Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
  • Gift cards.

How to return

  1. Email support@thelacesparrow.com with your order number and the items you are returning.
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and our return address.
  3. Ship the items back with tracking — or bring them to the boutique at 122 Market St, Rockwood during store hours.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — then we send a prepaid label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

After your return arrives and is inspected, we email you. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may need a few extra days.

Exchanges

Need another size or color? Email us within 30 days. If it is in stock, we ship the exchange as soon as your original item is received; if not, we issue a refund.

Damaged or wrong items

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
