Return Policy


At the Lace Sparrow, we do our best to give you accurate descriptions and photographs of sizes, fits, styles, colors, etc... We understand that shopping online can be difficult. If you are like us, we like to try things on, feel the materials and know we love what we are purchasing. Unfortunately, we know that sometimes items purchased online don't work out. If you are searching for information needed to return an item, you have came to the right place. 

Before returning an item, please reach out to the Lace Sparrow Boutique via email or phone. All items must be post marked with in 14 days of order receipt in exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds will be issued. Due to limited supply and sizes in merchandise, no exchanges will be allowed. There are no exceptions. All items returned MUST BE in their original condition; unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of odors & stains (deodorant, perfume, blood, pet smells, smoke, etc...) with the tag(s) attached. Shipping charges from original purchase will NOT be credited back to you. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The Lace Sparrow Boutique, LLC reserves the right to reject any returned item at any time. Any items that appear to have been washed, altered, worn, have had tags removed, arrived with odors or stains or are received by the Lace Sparrow Boutique after the stated return period, will be returned to the customer. Shipping costs for the item to be returned back to the customer are the customer's responsibility. If payment for return postage to return item(s) is not received within 10 days, your item will be donated to a charity. Also, please note that once an order is placed, it can NOT be canceled. If you choose to not have your order fulfilled after it has been placed, you will receive store credit for the full amount of your purchase and for shipping cost if your order hasn't already been shipped (if applicable). Shipping will be credited to you, ONLY if your order has not already been shipped. If you order has already shipped, please follow the return process.

When items are received from our vendors, we take time to inspect items thoroughly but, are human so we may miss something. Please take the time to inspect your merchandise upon arrival. If you received an item that is damaged or has a defect, please contact The Lace Sparrow Boutique within 5 days of your order arrival. All defective/damage claims will be denied if turned in after the 5 days as stated above. The Lace Sparrow reserves the right to reject any item being returned to us, at any time. We do not guarantee jewelry. We DO NOT consider an item shrinking or being damaged from being worn by the customer as a defect or damage (PLEASE SEE OUR CLOTHING CARE POLICY). All defects/damages must be returned in the condition they were received, unwashed, unworn, without stains and/or odors, unaltered and with original tag(s) attached. 

How to receive approval for defect/damage return:

-"Damage/Defect" in the subject line, your name, shipping address, email, contact number, invoice/order number and photos of the defect/damage you wish to report. Please also include a photo of the item that has the tag still attached.

PLEASE NOTE: DAMAGES CAUSED BY SCISSORS OR A KNIFE FROM REMOVING ITEM(S) FROM PACKAGE, OR DAMAGE FROM REMOVING HANG TAG(S) WILL BE DENIED. Please note: Scissors are recommended to use to carefully remove the hang tag once your item is received. Do not cut the hang tag close to the garment/item.

If your item is approved for return by the Lace Sparrow Boutique, you will receive an email with approval and a return label to ship your damaged/defected item back to us. Once your item is received by The Lace Sparrow Boutique, it will be inspected and can be denied at this time if felt that damage was inflicted by customer. Once inspected, item will be approved or denied. If approved, store credit will be issued via email. If denied, customer will NOT receive store credit and will be notified. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for item(s) to be shipped from The Lace Sparrow back to the customer.  Customer will have 3 days to pay return shipping cost. If payment is NOT received within the 10 day time frame, item will be donated to charity.


Please note, once an order is placed it can NOT be canceled. If needing to "cancel fulfillment" on an order, your funds will be returned in the form of store credit only.



All sales items (any item purchased at less than the full price) & special order items are FINAL SALES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note that jewelry is not guaranteed. Any purchases of jewelry, swim wear, under garments such as bralettes, socks, headbands or hats are final sales. There will be no returns for hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding.


The Lace Sparrow Boutique, LLC reserves the right to make changes to the above policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately.
